White Port - Quinta do Infantado

Quinta do Infantado White Port is a young port, aged for three years before release. The gentle sweetness and the tangerine fruit character are typical of this style of port. In Portugal white port is a summertime drink, served chilled or over ice with a twist of lemon. I suggest that you follow this tradition. Accompaniments could be cold seafood or marinated vegetables.
