Vilarnau Brut Cava

González Byass, the makers of Tio Pepe Sherry also make a delicious Cava. Vilarnau Brut is a classic combination of the three classic Cava grapes (Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel-lo). In the May 10, 2010 New York Times Eric Asimov describes this wine as "Light, fresh, frothy, balanced and bright." It was the "best value" of the 10 wines tasted.
