Dios Baco is a small producer located not too far from the bus station in Jerez de la Frontera. (This tidbit of info is to help all travelers arriving this way realize that a bit of refreshment is not far away). Jose Paez Morilla purchased the small bodega and it's stock of sherries in the early 90's. Along with his two daughters, he continues to make outstanding sherry. At lunch one day with the two sisters, they stopped us when dessert came, an arroz con leche (rice pudding), and drizzled on just a dram of the Pedro Ximenez. To this day, Tanya refuses to have Arroz con Leche without a shot of Pedro Ximenez on it.
