NV Castellroig Rosat - Cava

The 2009 Brut Rosat is 100% Trepat with the dosage made from still Trepat grown on the estate. Salmon pink in color, it gives up a charming bouquet of cherry blossom and strawberry. A touch off-dry on the palate, this flavorful, well balanced effort is an excellent match for jamon Iberico.
