NV Castellroig Brut - Cava

Castellroig is a small producer who is so careful with their production and so caring for the land that they were the first winery in Spain to be given the designation Vi de Terrer.  It signifys that they go above and beyond organic and sustainable agriculture.  All of the TLC really comes through in the wines too.  The Non-Vintage Brut has incredible clarity and intensity of flavors.  Light straw-colored with an attractive nose of mineral, biscuit, and apple. On the palate it has a solid core of fruit, crisp, racy flavors, and a refreshing finish. Truly an amazing value.
