NV Bermejo Malvasia Naturalmente Dulce - Canary Islands

The Bermejo Malvasia Naturalmente Dulce is the style of wine that the Canary Islands were known for at one time.  This non vintage late harvest sweet wine isn't fortified and undergoes a long fermentation.  Hints of peach, dried apricots, hay and a noticeable honey spice.  Plush and sweet, but with a nice backbone of acidity.  The finish on this lingers enticingly for almost a minute.
