Michel Couvreur PX

Michel Couvreur is a Belgian that lives in Burgundy, France who is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to scotch.  What does that have to do with PX?  Well he ages Spanish Pedro Ximenez in barrels underground in natural caves in Burgundy for at least 18 years.  He then uses these same barrels to age limited quantities of his scotch to pick up the richness and flavor hints of the PX.  Unfortunately we can't carry the scotch, but we have been lucky enough to score a handful of bottles of this rare aged PX.  Only 5 cases were imported to the US this past year and we're trying to get another one, but supply is extremely limited.
