The East India Solera is a sweeter oloroso, but not quite to the cream level. It is made in the style of the sherries that used to sail around the horn of Africa to the troops in India. Lingering notes of crème caramel, orange and loads of Asian spice. Velvety and impossiblely soft on the palate, this is hard to stop at one glass.
