Dry Sack Oloroso Dulce 15 year old - Williams & Humbert

The 15 year old Oloroso Dulce is not the Dry Sack that made Williams and Humbert famous, but a step or two above their standard "Medium" Dry Sack. This is definitely sweet with notes of caramel, burnt sugar, maple, cinnamon, clove and dried figs. A pop of acidity on the finish, with lingering flavors of dried fruit and spice. Palamino which is sweetened with the addition of Pedro Ximenez. Try this on the rocks.
