Cuco Oloroso Seco - Barbadillo

Barbadillo is located in Sanlucar de Barameda right on Atlantic ocean at the mouth of the Guadalquivir river. The Cuco Oloroso Seco is one of my favorite dry olorosos. Pure and focused flavors of toffee, walnut and citrus zest are engraved on the palate by the precision of the acidity on the finish. Great vivacity and cut on this. Highly recommended. - Andy
