2010 Vevi Blanco - Rueda

The 2010 Vevi Rueda White Wine is a blend of 80% Verdejo and 20% Viura, this wine does a great job of combining both fruit and herb notes.  It has crystal-clear flavors of lemon, lime, peaches, and minerals with hints of cumin (from the Verdejo) and citrusy spice.  It pairs wonderfully with many kinds of white fish but will also go great with Turkey and Chicken.
