The 2010 Bodegas Eidosela comes from the tiny, cooler Condado de Tea region of Rias Baixas.  It's lighter bodied, with fresh and precise flavors of quince, blood orange, stone fruit, and salty minerals.  It finishes with focused, tangy acidity that tightens the flavors in a compact, zippy package.  A fantastic value.
