2009 Emilio Rojo - Ribeiro

Emilio Rojo Ribeiro is one of the most sought after white wines produced in Spain.  Very little of it is made every year and only about 50 cases are imported into the US.

Vibrant and concentrated, displaying juicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors and a strong undercurrent of salty minerals. Fleshier than the 2008, showing more depth and finishing power and leaving sappy pear and apple notes behind. This is delicious right now."
