2007 Toro Albala Don PX - Montilla-Moriles

The 2007 Toro Albala Don PX is one of a kind.  It is the only, to our knowledge at least, sweet PX that is not aged for an extended period.  Because of that, it remains incredibly fresh.  Golden brown in color, it has notes of toffee and raisins, with lingering citrus notes.  On the palate those flavors persist and are joined by salted caramel and dried fruit flavors.  The finish seems to go on forever.
