2007 Castillo Perelada "3 Fincas" Crianza - Emporda

The 2007 "3 Fincas" Crianza is another very tasty red wine from Castillo Perelada in Emporda. We had this in a little town called Ullestret at Restaurant Iveric with snails and lobster fideos.  It was so tasty!  A blend of 35% Samso, 30% Garnacha, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Merlot, it has flaovors of fleshy red cherry, with nice weight and a bit of earthiness.  Godd structure with a spicy brightness on the finish and tastes like a much more expensive wine.  Got to love that!
