1990 Colheita - Krohn

The 1990 Krohn Colheita Port is a single vintage tawny port.  The perfect idea to celebrate a 20th anniversary.  Lingering, palate coating richness of brown sugar, maple, orange zest and dried fruits.  Krohn was founded by two Norwegians in 1875, but is now wholly Portuguese owned. They are another port house that specializes in Colheitas, single vintage port that is aged for a minimum of 7 years in cask. It is bottled only on release so the older vintages have been in cask for substantially longer than 7 years.
