The 1982 Beronia Gran Reserva is an impressive library offering from Rioja. A superb vintage, this is soft and balanced with great mouthfeel. Sweet plum, cranberry and cherry, earth notes, vanilla and cigar box aromas in this impressively elegant aged red wine. Beronia has been owned by the Gonzalez Byass family (of Tio Pepe fame) since 1982 and their wines have been one of our best selling Rioja's since they came available in California. Extremely limited.
