1979 Gonzalez Byass Palo Cortado

Gonzalez Byass produces one of the rarest sherries available.  Just over 600 bottles of this extremely rare single barrel 1979 Palo Cortado were bottled by hand. It is truly an amazing experience.  Aromatic and intense on the palate, with silky notes of citrus, hazelnuts, toasted almonds, spice and great acidity this dry sherry, without a doubt qualifies as one of the treats of the wine world.  Each come numbered and with a letter of authenticity.  Absolutely amazing.
