1950 CVNE (Cune) Vina Real Gran Reserva - Rioja

The 1950 Cune Vina Real Gran Reserva is extremely rare.  It's really remarkable to think about the history behind this wine.  Just imagine, the year that this wine was produced McCarthyism was in full swing, Bob Hope made his first TV appearance, the first transatlantic passenger jet crossed "the pond", and the Beetle Bailey comic strip debuted.  These wines age extremely well, up there with the best Bordeaux and Burgundy in our opinion.  So try a taste of history!
