The 1910 Toro Albala Gran Reserva Pedro Ximenez is the rarest of the rare. The wine was aged in American Oak barrels for 96 years before bottling. Flavors of vanilla, black truffle, fallen leaves, and earth give way to flavors of licorice, chocolate and a smokey hint. It's hard to imagine, but the year that this was produced William Howard Taft was President and WWI was still years away. Wow. Only two bottles available as this was airshipped directly from the winery specifically for us.
