The Seattle store opened in 1995.  It's the original site of The Spanish Table (TST), and it continues to be what we call our "corporate headquarters" and distribution hub for our direct imports from Spain and Portugal.  It's also the only TST with a deli that can cut cheese to order.  The shop is located between the Pike Place Market and the waterfront on the Pike St. Hillclimb.

Founders Steve "El Jefe" Winston and his wife Sharon "La Reina del Vino" Baden, a certified Spanish Wine Educator, who manages the Seattle wine department can be found here on a daily basis giving out advice, suggestions and sharing their outstanding dinner ideas and wine pairings.  "El Jefe" is the man behind The Spanish Table Cookbook, which complies his years of experience cooking from The Spanish Table shelves.  He loves Rioja. . .She loves Ribera del Duero.
